There is a $125 enrollment fee per family that does not apply to tuition. This fee is payable at time of enrollment.
Most supplies are included with the tuition payment except for wipes, tissues and gloves. Developmental assessment is available for an additional fee.
All students must have a rest-time mat (available for purchase at Registration).
Students can bring lunch; hot lunch, and cartons of milk may be purchased, as well as pizza once a month.
- All families must create an online FACTS account for tuition collection.
- FACTS charges $20 annually to handle tuition accounts paid in 1 or 2 payments and $50 annually to handle tuition accounts paid out in 3 or more payments; additional fees may be charged by FACTS for insufficient funds and credit card convenience.
- There are three ways to arrange your tuition payment schedule:
1. Monthly payments through FACTS – Ten payments July through April
2. Semi-Annual payments through FACTS-Two payments July and January
3. Payment in Full through FACTS-One payment in July
If a family is transferred from the Tulsa area, they will be eligible for a refund of tuition paid and not used. Those entering the program after the school year has begun will have the tuition calculated on a prorated basis.
